Review collected by a third partyWalton did a very good job of figuring out the problem with down loading a Photo from my Mac. He discovered the my Mac file wasn"t a PDF or HIMI type file With that corrected I was able to download. Maybe a note on your application stating the correct format. He worked with me on a getting a good file from my cell phone I don't know to get a 2 x 2 size photo from my cell phone Maybe a FAQ topic on how to do would be appropriate Good Job! Rodney

I worked with Ken or Wade last night, and I worked with Ken tonight. And I finally got it all straightened out. Ken. The other two were great, too, but Ken just really got it. All my mistakes I had made on the application process for my renewal of my Passport and my TSA PreCheck, I cannot tell you how wonderful they were. And Ken straightened the whole thing out for me tonight. He explained everything via our chats. I mean, I'm so impressed. You're just an amazing organization. If these are the three people that represent your organization, and they are so I'm sure there are many more. But I wanted to just say this and especially special thank you to Ken. Okay, thank you.
